Aye There!

I'm Tyler Delange,

and I'm a game design graduate based out of Florida. I love designing and creating games, and spend most of my spare time either working on projects or working to improve my skills.

Bio

I've been designing games for literally as long as I can remember. Even as a child, I created full tabletop RPG style games out of lego sets, using pencil and paper to track stats, accuracy percentages, and health values, all determined by the roll of the dice, stolen from the family's Monopoly board. Growing up, I've always had a knack for logical problem solving, which translated into a proficiency with computers and programming later on. Since then, I've strived to create unique, engaging, and creative games that utilize my knowledge of game design psychology and various game creation engines. When I'm not working on projects, I am usually either gaming with friends, spending time with my awesome wife, Julie, or am listening to some of my favorite audiobooks.

Education/Experience

I have a game design Bachelor of Science from Full Sail University, and have continued to improve my craft consistently since leaving, utilizing any resource I can get my hands on. This has ranged from game jam projects to Unity design courses and Hacker Rank programming tests. I am presently working as an Unreal 5 developer for a small startup game studio. I have a relentless desire to improve myself and am constantly seeking methods of doing so.
